Being bold isn't always an easy or comfortable thing -- I guess that's why they call it "bold" right? I mean, look at Miley Cyrus.
Fine, terrible example. But still. Girlfriend is true to herself. I think. Anyway...
I've had a lot of push to "be bold" in the past few months. Starting Tulle Me Something was solely pushed by my husband back in February -- a platform to express my lifestyle. After much consideration I decided to take the plunge, buy a domain, and I'm thrilled to see what happens next. I can't say it's easy starting up a fashion blog, especially with all of the amazing successfull bloggers out there, but it's still rewarding regardless of whatever the end result is.
John also didn't know he would be the person on the other side of the lens after pushing me for my dreams. Big shout out to him, especially since he works so much during the week anyway!! He's pretty great :)
This pleated skirt ironically has a bold print, and I LOVE a good skirt/dress to twirl in. I would have normally worn heels with this, however we were walking into town for dinner and I knew that if I didn't wear flats I would complain the whole walk home. These feet have endured enough dancing throughout the years to where I've become such a baby!
What have you done bold or out of your comfort zone lately? Tell me! I think it's great to test the waters......safely :)
Have a great week everyone!
