Fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays for a number of reasons, including the obvious patriotic ones (John's too, but he's on a different level of patriotism & celebration). Between hanging out on the beach with friends, wearing overloads of red/white/blue/star-spangled-inspired articles of clothing, asking your friends to awkwardly snap pics of you for your blog outside of their home (thanks Meg) and cookouts (maybe shouldn't have eaten so many homemade Rice Krispie treats..) what's NOT to love about the 4th?! I picked up this chambray romper from Forever 21 before heading down (I said it before, I'll say it again...I love me a good chambray/denim romper). The material is soft and has a worn-in feeling, which is especially conducive for warm beach weather attire. I linked it here, but also found a few others that are just as adorable AND affordable for ya!
I'll admit the earrings and bracelet are more coral than red (I got the bracelet on our honeymoon in Anguilla, but linked a few similar bracelets), but it's the thought that counts right? I thought so too. (Also, please excuse my hair matted to the side of my face -- it was hot & humid!)
